Smart Approved WaterMark
Smart Approved WaterMark is Australia's water saving labelling program for products and services which are helping to reduce outdoor water use. The Smart WaterMark is run by the Water Services Association of Australia, the Irrigation Association of Australia, the Nursery and Garden Industry Australia and the Australian Water Association with funding from the Australian Government Water Fund through the National Water Commission.

Compliance
Smart WaterMark collects, receives, maintains and handles information of a personal nature concerning its members and staff in accordance with the requirements of the Commonwealth Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000.

Collection
Smart WaterMark only collects personal information that is necessary for the performance of its functions or activities.
